FAQ’s:
What is the refund policy? ‘
-If you are on a monthly payment plan, you will be on an autopay contract until the committed amount is paid off, according to the same refund policy as those who pay in full.
-Before September 1st, your tuition is fully refundable minus the $500 deposit.
-After September 1st, your tuition is non-refundable, but you can apply your balance to the following year’s program or to any of the other services offered by Kate Holly Coaching. If you have already completed a portion of the program, your balance will be prorated.
What is the attendance policy?
Collaborator Conservatory is a certification program: in order to earn your completion certificate, you must be present at all 3 in-person weekends. You can miss up to 4 of the 16 virtual classes and make them up at your own pace with the recorded materials. We ask that you commit to live attendance for at least 75% of those classes, as facilitation is a skill best built by sharing time with other people.
If you have an unexpected event that requires you to miss more than the allotted amount, make-up plans will be reviewed and discussed on a case by case basis.
You will not receive your completion certificate until all modules and all required contact hours have been completed.
What is the COVID-19 safety policy?
Collaborator Conservatory involves close contact indoors, and due to the embodied and expressive nature of some of our work, mask wearing while in sessions will be optional. In order to protect the health and safety of all participants and their families, we require that all participants be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a minimum of the full initial dose (boosters optional).
We will closely follow and adhere to public health guidelines in Multnomah County and the state of Oregon, and will update our policy as needed according to public health trends.
What can I do with a Collaborative Change Facilitator Certification?
Certifications are a powerful way to validate and articulate the earned authority that comes from the investments you make in personal and professional development. While there is no guarantee that this certification will get you a specific job or client, it highlights your expertise and credentials, and shows that you have met a standard of completion within the field of facilitation. Additionally, this program has been designed with attention to the core competencies outlined by the International Association of Facilitators, and you may be eligible to become an IAF certified professional facilitator with the training you receive here, pending your successful completion of the IAF assessment process.

Is this program only for women?
No, but if you don’t self-identify as a feminist and have an active desire to dismantle the patriarchy, you may not be a great fit.

If you are a leader or manager within an organization and would like to expand your facilitation tools, you will still benefit from this training. This program is actively working to support and spread the skills of collaboration, which are the fundamental skills of being civically engaged in a democracy.
