Develop the voice, vision and values to move your dreams forward.
Hi! I’m Kate Holly.
I help creative change makers build purposeful lives & businesses that model the world they want to live in.
As a feminist life and business coach with a background in creative collaboration, entrepreneurship and yoga therapy, I offer coaching in 3 primary areas:
-
Feminist Coaching for Self-Love and Systems Change.
✨ Grow your self-trust and change the paradigm from the inside out.
✨ Disrupt internalized oppression and shift from hustling for worthiness to embodied presence.
✨ Build the boundaries and self-care practices that allow you to thrive and serve others without resentment.
✨ Find the courage and clarity to take action on the next stage of growth that has been calling to you.
-
Business Coaching that Reimagines Capitalism.
✨ Create ethical and relational approaches to sales and marketing.
✨ Overcome the fear of visibility and develop the creative voice of your business.
✨ Build a business model that gives you time for your own restorative practices.
✨Create aligned offers informed by your unique genius.
✨ Heal your relationship to money and pricing and clarify your vision of prosperity for yourself and the collective.
-
Creative Coaching for Artists, Authors and Thought Leaders.
✨ Cultivate your voice, vision and values so that you can launch that book, podcast, or creative project you have been dreaming of.
✨ Build the frameworks or methodologies that help you shape your intellectual property.
✨ Gain clarity and focus on which of your brilliant ideas you can build into something tangible to share with others.
✨ Build a consistent creative practice.
This work might be a fit if one or more of these is true for you…

Coaching can change your mind…
I approach the coaching process as a way to build capacity for creative process, critical thinking, consciousness raising, unlearning internalized oppression, and expanding our courage to live our values, even when that deviates from cultural norms.
Coaching can move us meaningfully towards our most powerful dreams and goals.
Some of us learn to achieve by “hustling for worthiness”, but in our work together you will root into your innate wholeness, sufficiency and worth as the foundation for the results you create. We will deeply value your desires, your truth, your callings, your unique genius, and your capacity to love yourself unconditionally.
It is from that place that we can show up from our most generous, abundant, service-oriented capability and tend to the collective care that is so very much needed in the culture right now.
My coaching philosophy and vision:
I invite my clients into a more equitable, sustainable, prosperous and loving vision of our collective future.
We are shifting…
…From scarcity mindset to a culture of trust.
…From extraction mindset (control, hustle, productivity, homogenization) to reclaiming our attention, authenticity, alignment and flow.
…From perfectionism to purpose.
…From zero sum thinking to generosity.
…From the weaponizing of voice (silencing, shaming, gaslighting) to the liberation of voice as a tool for connection.
…From limiting beliefs and systemic hopelessness, to imaginative possibility and collective vision.
…From the isolation of individualism to the abundance of collaboration.
How will we create this shift?
We reclaim the right to radical self-love:
When we embody our own worthiness, we diffuse the internalized narratives of oppression and make collaboration possible.
In coaching, we learn to disrupt patterns of abusive power dynamics starting from within.
We create a collaborative culture:
We have been trapped in a false binary of individualism vs. collectivism.
The truth is, one is not possible without the other. A collaborative culture requires BOTH thriving individuals AND the ability to come together to build a shared vision for the common good.
Coaching is a co-creative process where you learn to receive support, ask for what you need and deepen your relationships with others in the world.
We disrupt the myth of scarcity:
The spell of scarcity leads us to compete with each other for scarce resources when we could be collaborating to create more than enough for everyone.
My work focuses on unlearning scarcity thinking and growing our awareness of sustainable abundance and resourcefulness.
Love notes from past clients…

Angie Louthan, Transformational life coach and former Collaborator Day client
"Kate is so good at breaking things into bite size pieces, asking powerful questions, brainstorming with me, and reflecting what she heard me say. She helped me take a big visionary idea and make it clear, accessible, understandable, and real. I was able to take an idea that I had been sitting on for months and manifest it into reality. I was able to describe the program on my website, market it to my followers, and sell spots in the program and create $14,000.”

Katrina Gould, therapist and graduate of Kate's last group program, Yoga Conservatory.
“I emerged from this program feeling more connected with myself, more loving toward myself, and more ready to bring forward what I have to offer the world. This has been one of the more nourishing and rich experiences of my life. I recommend it for anyone who wants to feel more loving and capable in a world that needs more of us all feeling that way.”

"This work re-ordered my cells and my identity around what it means to just be heard and to think, ‘My voice is valuable no matter what.’ So thank you, deeply, thank you. I think you are incredible and the very essence of what a healer is and I am so glad I trusted my intuition to be guided and lead by you these past 6 months. ”

Jen Ottovegio, founder of Zest PDX and former coaching client.
“For people that want a coach that is collaborative, enthusiastic, and skilled at helping you get to where you want to go, I really recommend working with Kate. She provides a very high-value, high-touch experience that always left me feeling seen, cared for, and supported. I was able to think more critically and creatively about my business. I was very focused on working 'in' my business, and coaching with Kate helped me work 'on' my business. I trust myself more after working with Kate.”

Eliana Miranda, former coaching client and graduate of Yoga Conservatory
“Kate has helped me to elevate my own belief system about who I am and what I am capable of. She provided tangible tools to tackle the ebbs of flows of this human journey, and helped me to understand how I fit in to the vast, macrocosmic universe.
Since working with Kate I have tapped into my own power and taken big steps forward on the path of owning my full potential. I have stepped into new roles that I never thought were possible, and really believe in myself to follow my heart and birth my dreams into a reality.”

“To have the opportunity to work with someone who has done and continues to do so much work on themselves has been a blessing. Kate brings a lot of integrity to her work through her commitment to the process. And how she shows up in a genuine, vulnerably human way, builds such trust that it makes one’s own dreams/visions seem so much more possible.”
